Today we take it a bit easier. We have to move our base camp from Skjak to Sognedal and have to cross Sognefjell on our way. On the road we are surrounded by Norway's unique scenery. Everyone is fascinated by the stunning beauty of crystal clear mountain lakes and giant glaciers. We all enjoy the tranquillity up here, above all the paddlers who do not have to conquer any waterfalls today.

After our new camp in Sogndal is set up, we discuss the programme for the next days and check out the Sogndalselva waterfalls where we want to film tomorrow. For Markus and Flo that is not enough attainment, though. They spend the afternoon with their play boats on the Fjord: a few dead water loops here, a few cartwheels there - the main thing for them is to be on the water.
